My name is Ben

I am an engineer. My background is in CPU design and hardware verification. I currently work as a Cryptographic Hardware Engineer at PQShield, where I help develop hardware and software for secure and efficient post-quantum cryptography. Before that, I worked as a researcher at the University of Bristol on the SCARV project, finding ways build CPUs that could execute cryptographic workloads securely, and defend them against power side-channel attacks. Before that, I worked at Imagination Technologies / MIPS building extremely energy efficient micro-controllers.

I'm quite internet-shy, but you can find me on Github, LinkedIn (if you must) and Twitter (extremely rarely). A list of my published papers is available on my Google Scholar profile.
